1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the OnlyYou application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

OnlyYou is a private messaging application designed exclusively for couples. The App provides end-to-end encrypted messaging, mood-based communication, shared photo and video posting (Aura), and relationship tracking features.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the App. By using OnlyYou, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

To use the App, you must create an account using a valid authentication method (e.g., Google Sign-In). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Harass, threaten, or harm another person through the App
• Distribute malware, viruses, or any other harmful software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or other users' accounts
• Use the App for commercial purposes without our prior written consent
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App

6. Content

You retain ownership of any content you share through the App (messages, photos, videos). Due to our end-to-end encryption, we cannot access or view your content. You are solely responsible for the content you share with your partner.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is fundamental to OnlyYou. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data. All messages and media are end-to-end encrypted.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your encrypted data will be permanently deleted from our servers.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnlyYou shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
